VISITING THE SLA-MANAGED ISLANDS

ISLAND HOPPING

Need a quiet respite away from the city? Organizing a retreat for some undivided focus? Head south to some idyllic island gems managed by SLA - St John’s, Lazarus and Kusu islands.

Follow our Recommended Route or explore each of these treasures on its own. Whichever the case, do note the following guidelines:

  • Camping is only permitted at designated areas
  • There are no medical services available on the islands
  • Any public event requires a Public Entertainment License
  • Visitors are encouraged to bring their own drinking water and food as there are no retail and F&B shops on the island.
  • Occasional encounters with wildlife in natural environments are unavoidable.

St John's Island

Start off with a ferry from Marina South Pier to St John's Island.

Lazarus Island

Walk over to Lazarus Island via a convenient man-made causeway.

Kusu Island

Take a scheduled ferry to 
Kusu Island.




Transportation

Regular ferry services serve St John’s and Kusu Islands on fixed schedules from Marina South Pier. Visitors may walk over to Lazarus Island which is linked to St John’s Island via a man-made causeway.

Private hire boat services are also available for charter from Marina South Pier if you prefer a more flexible schedule.
